    The announcement stated that if Itochu completed both transactions then that would be sufficient funds to fully fund the plant. I said that meant $98M ... as that is the cost identifed by both Q/H and AGS. The $210m is an optimised larger plant ... they may well target that. Feel free if that floats your boat to use $210m in trying to second guess AGS's ambitions ... it's all up!

    What fascinates me about some of the conversations here is that ACE is being seen as something distant from AGS. ACE is a wholly owned subsidiary of AGS. For all practical purposes they are one. They cannot be severed without a transaction. And most importantly, that transaction is by reference to the public listed entity AGS...post Final determination. I cannot for love or money find / smell / contemplate how mum 'n dad investors are being jilted.

    Nobody, including AGS IMO is lowering the bar.
