NSX 021729540 RE Claim

As announced on 5 November 2014 by Wellington Capital Limited as Responsible Entity
of the Premium Income Fund a conditional settlement of the RE Claim and Class Action Claim
was entered into and Judicial Advice has been received from the Court under
section 63 of the Trustee Act 1925 (NSW), that it is justified in compromising the
RE Claim on the terms of the Settlement Deed.

The settlement is now unconditional
