    This is sand/gravel as in SOIL, that is 200m down and has been sitting there for 40M Years.

    This is not sand you buy from the gardening shop that is all fluffy.

    0.05% Cutoff is totally ridiculous.

    You will lose a percentage of Uranium in Processing Hard Rock Uranium too. 10% for low grade Uranium is quite likely.
