"1. Pursuant to section 33ZF of the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 (Cth), the Group Members in the schedule annexed to these orders (Late Registrant Group Members) are deemed to have registered a claim in this proceeding and to be eligible to pursue a claim for compensation in the settlement of this proceeding."

It appears that some 129 LRGMs lodged a claim
with a combined holding of $7,955,149.31.

My phantom nightmares can now abate, provided no mark 2 LRGMs
appear on the horizon.
