    To add to my earlier hypotheses I give a few examples of potential scrip offers.
    eg. LGL 1:20 OGC 1:17 TRY 1: 20
    These companies would only be required to issue around 20m of their own shares and if they could turn this mine around they could earn up to $2/share on the newly issued stock.
