There's 100's of companies in the ASX,who continually talk the talk.And never ever 'walk'.I'm afraid this is one too.They impressively pay their board members for doing not much at all.Then every now and then,they will feed the market some spin,to feed on new and or old prey....TEX must be dry in the mouth, from all the talk.while sitting in a nice comfy sofa!
