    an announcement today by NZO indicates moves on the insurance front to settle claims for losses at PRC.

    The announcement indicates that NZO is willing to see some of the money directed to helping out contractors etc who are not directly in line for compensation.

    Indication in the announcement too that bids for the mine are firming up from a number of interested parties.
