Yes as I said some weeks ago it will all depend how much anyone is willing to pay for Pike River coalmine knowing that they will face a delay probably of some months as they :
(a) try to deal with the present state of the mine
(b) probably try to extricate the 29 bodies that are in there
(c) devise a better way of handling the operation given the complications posed by the possible damage inside the mine

But the coal is still worth a lot of money and some company will be prepared to tackle the problems.

However, as I indicated some weeks ago, shareholders are unlikely to see much of a return on the holdings if at all. There may be nothing left for shareholders. The shares could have been consumed in the mine fire for all they will matter.
