I agree. I did not participate in recent CR. However I just picked up my entitlements amount of share few days bac at 10c to avoid the dilution and considering the fact that the major share holders participated towards raising about $300 K even though the case in court not resolved yet. The management looks like convinced them about positive outcome. I think, we will hear the good news soon.
