Dex, only one concern with seeing the progrssion of Cougar UK because if I recall accurately, before the slight dilution etc., Cougar (Australia) Ltd owned 50 per cent of Cougar UK and Len, and the other two vendors (Edgar family) owned the other 50 per cent. Len would own around thirty five per cent of the fifty per cent, i.e. around 18 per cent of Cougar UK direct.
So IF, in capitals, Cougar UK is seen to be "the" way in which Len seeks his fortune, Cougar Australia might see less of him than they should.
But providing all things are equal, I see Cougar UK as a significant blue-sky opportunity for Cougar Australia. It may even be that my forecast of a couple of years back comes to fruition, in that Cougar UK (valued more highly by the UK Stock market) takes-over Cougar Australia. Put simply, that could be the take-out that Len really achieves for his, rightly earnt, personal fortune.
