    thumbs up from me - they owe it to shareholders to shed some more light on things. Conditional bid is not even formalised so the longer it drags the more it starts to sound like its not going to be formalised. Might be a good thing longer term if they stay independent but agree with other posters the assets are cheap and why isnt an Aussie company bidding 30c clean for them?
