Arkie with regard to the 3d , there is still the possibility that the 2d's are good enough to avoid the major fracture/ faults where the water problems probably originated if Alcoa are keen enough to try their luck.
There is also the possibility if Buru strike Gas in a big way they may not need Warro. They have funded both to attempt to assure their energy supply.
