I don't entirely disagree with you on both points however I doubt very much Latent would go ahead without obtaining the Alcoa funded 3Ds. These wells cost time and money. We, including all parties to the project, have waited this long, it would be a waste of time not to obtain 3Ds as the next step. As detailed on their last announcement. (Although not using appropriate the casing to avaoid water issues on W3 was also a waste of time!)
