OK folks,
I have some information from my people in Canada.
The raising will be at least CAD $50 million - it may be more.
The pricing is looking good. I am advised it is likely to be priced at CAD .25 per share. In other words, it wont be at a discount to the current share price. It may even be at a premium.
Soros, Quantum and Sentinent are all on board and will be participating to keep their relative holdings. I understand one of the funds may be just under, but will still participate.
The details will be known in the next 15 hours.
Looks very well supported.
