    Solimar Energy The Company is issuing 6,500,000 shares to Quest Petroleum NL as per the acquisition
    agreement that was announced on 10 May 2010.
    Both the issue of the shortfall and the shares to Quest Petroleum were approved by shareholders
    at the Company?s recent Annual General Meeting.
    In accordance with paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act), ..............................................................thats good ,now we want the share price to go up
