re: battle rages for cleanup money chris i like the cartoon , although id say bali has a pastey complexion and probably also has circulation problems .

the question here is , of the US$1.2bill PENSYLVANIA alone has to spend on every thing from land rehabilitaion to water rehab and aquistions . how much of that can vti potentialy get ?
now the usa is a large country with 50 odd other states also with problems . MMM vti will be very very busy indeed .
