all hinges on whether they sell hudson and what price they get, what pricing they can get through one distributor, whether a decent product range can be maintained, whether the retail environment will improve, whether hundreds of franchisees can be satisfied to fall behind the strategy (note this is like herding cats....those loosing money want change & fast & free innovation, those on the margins fear losing existing customers & don't want change etc etc...)
