Here is an update in regards to patents and trademarks in the US, Australia and internationally.

Deeper analysis brings to light some interesting results, very interesting really and it includes some other names that have been bandied around this forum lately.

I will put up quite a few links and the first few are a stepped approach to using the primary one being US Patent and Trademarks Office link.

Now here is one of the interesting ones and perhaps the predominant one for this discussion. The others are history and they are very enlightening on a complete different discussion as to whether Novaphos actually has a patent and/or trademark or not.

If glib reading and looking for a few key words is your thing you might assume they have a patent and all is tickety-boo. If however you know how to read a boolean logic database record and use the key words as set out by the database rules you will discover a whole new world of more data. Then you will realise it is actually something different and that essentially Novaphos Inc has no patent in existence today and no patent pending either. The closest they have is a pre-application entry that essentially repeats what was a pending application a few years ago.

What it does have is a history of "patent pending" status under different US Patent Office application numbers with a number of expired entries, expected expiry entries or assignments to other parties including Avenira Pty Ltd a few years ago.

Now on to trademarks using the same starting point, US Patent and Trademarks Office.

There exists an entry under Novaphos Inc. although it has not actually been assigned it is merely a pending entry and the last update was September 15, 2020. Again not in existence but in case something somewhere happens it might or might not get lodged. At least the audit trail for this is way less complex or convoluted than the patent - it is here.

As usual there is nothing simple, clear or concise with Avenira Ltd or anything or anyone related to it and unless one does some analytics on a chronological basis the real truth is never really found.

And just to add to the obfuscation has anyone actually done some deep research on the current chairman? Now there is a adventure challenge with a chest of goodies for those that find the key. Even Stephen King or Robert Louis Stephenson could not have written an adventure horror so twisted and complex.
