"VC" money is pretty much what they have done with Taurus. Taurus lent them circa $20m at credit card interest rates and with equity convertibility options AND with ALL of RNI's assets secured by the loan.

No one else can get a look in until Taurus are paid out.

So to make sense for RNI, someone would have to be willing to payout Taurus and provide additional monies to RNI. To make sense to Taurus they would have to pay them a lot.
Can't see anyone (apart from more equity money at a discount) touching this with a barge pole until either gold goes higher or Forest comes up trumps
