    Post consolidation (20 to 1) and post CP transaction...

    shares on issue:

    75m existing shares +
    50m issued to buy CP +
    125m issued to raise $10m (assuming current share pice of 8 cents)

    thus 250m shares on issue...

    at current share price of 8c (ie .004 x 20) Market Cap of $20m

    note : this does not include options and a further 100m shares to be issued upon EBIT milestones...

    Very hard to model possible revenue figures. New industry, new rules, new regulations, great opportunity.
