Taken from another thread and is concerned more with NWE but good info for the AED thread too. Thanks KB

    .................

we seem to have some new faces on the thread . . . and obviously some momentum traders also . . . but rather than taking a 10% gain and moving on, l urge people to look at the 'real' stuff!

In 6-8 weeks NWE's partner at AC/P22 AED, hopes to be producing 30,000-40,000bopd, lets call it 35,000bopd, of which 1.25% (438bopd) belongs to NWE expense free.

We know that the oil will sell at a premium to Tapis . . .

    QUOTE
The Tapis price rose to $US76.43 - its highest since August last year.

(from: http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/story/0,2...774-664,00.html , same figure as API)

There are differing views about oil, but l am extremely bullish that we have seen the end of cheap oil.

At $US76.43/bbl, that is AUD$93.21/bbl . . . so if AED was pumping now . . .NWE would be earning $41k EVERY DAY, or $286,000 EVERY WEEK.

There is upside with higher flowrates, POO, USD:AUD . . . flowrates will decline in time, but more appraisal/development/exploration wells in October are likely to boost this number significantly higher.

Oh, those earnings are expense free for ever and are tax-free for probably 18-20months!

Add Jing ticking away ($1M+ pa) and $8M in the kitty . . .
