    The last time it was at this level was on 7/10/2008 and was falling

    The differences between then and now are interesting:
    Gold (USD)+5.09%
    Silver (USD) +18.59%
    Gold:Oil +71.58%
    DOW -14.39%
    Copper -17.76%
