Hi all

I agree that Lynas IMHO based on fundamentals, basket pricess of REE, etc is a good thing. That's why I also hold.

I also see people's point in not wanting to stand back and do nothing when if they feel like the rug is being pulled out from under them.

However, I also accept that if I don't agree with something then other than 'Voting No' to the sale I am realistic that there is not much else I can do as a shareholder (other than sell).

I therefore accept that if the majority votes in favour then I will assess my investment and do something about it if I feel the need based on the future potential of the company at that point in time.

In the meantime I'm not going to invest emotional energy worrying about stuff i personally can not change.

To quote an old saying:

"God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
the courage to change the things I can;
and the wisdom to know the difference."

If some here believe they can change the outcome then go for it, however for me, I will put my vote in as a shareholder and leave it at that.
