Hevlet, I think the problem is that LYC is a dead set winner to be in. Look at all the valuation based on basket price and what we have. So basically we don not want to walk away from such a good stock. What hurts is to see other potential income streams being robbed by those in power. NC is looking at selling it to his own company making a huge profit. Large shareholders will approve because hey are probably going to be involved in a capital raising at low cost to develop our resource and make a squillion too. It looks like all the big guys are going to make a lot of $$$ out of LYC.
However we are still going to make a lot out of LYC but it could be more if we keep Crown. How NC can sell a resource to himself is beyond me. Who is getting the good end of the deal? We don't need to sell so why bother unless we are getting a really good deal in which case NC would be failing his duties with FMG.
Smells to me but LYC is still a great stock with huge upside potential and a dead set set winner even without crown. I can only imagine what it could be should we hold onto crown and develop in the fute.
