it's only this last year that POK has traded at anything below 15c, and prior to that was as high as $1.43 - presumably because punters saw the value of what was in the ground (coupled also with the hope that management could bring it to a point of either extracting it themselves or making it feasible for someone else to). While management has struggled with the latter, exp in regard to CRs, permit applications, etc etc, the resource in the ground hasn't changed, while the stock price has dwindled to what seem like ridiculous lows.
look at the chart over the past 3 years, and imagine if POK "spiked" to 15c again. in terms of where investors saw the potential of this co a few years ago, that rise would be barely noticeable.
GL and JC - what do you you think the buying strategy would be if someone decided to target POK for a takeover?
