Unfortunately, I think it would be opportunistic....and hostile.

I could imagine a cheesy offer around 10c with the knowledge that there are a swag of pissed off long term investors who may be happy to cut and run.

I say unfortunately because management may even be tempted too at such a stupid price, even though in my opinion POK is worth far more.
I mean lets face it, its not every day that you drop a bit into the ground and come up with a thumping deposit the size of what we've found in Utah.
