IMO a realistic offer would be more around 15-20c knowing the potential and what's been spent on it so far. I don't think the management would settle for anything less.
Trade volume has been low for the past few months. Some buying interest from investors of around $200-300K could easily drive share price to 12-15c.
This could happen within days as GL showed some previous moves in " History..." thread. All of this surely subject to some good news from Co.
