Some of the Buy Back Details were announced to the A.S.X. Yesterday. As I expected this could happen at a Low Share Price, still these affected Shareholders did have a Right of Refusal. 937,237 Shares and 1388 affected Shareholders.
The thing that's interesting is how the Rights Issue was announced before the Buy Back and presently Shareholders are waiting on a Prospectus re the Rights Issue.
I think the right and honourable thing for BTV to do on behalf of the affected Buy Back Shareholders is for the Buy Back to be deferred until the Rights Prospectus is presented, Or BTV should pay 11 Cents for the Buy Back Shares as was subscribed by various Shareholders for the Entitlements late last Year.
Yes, it would cost BTV approx. $23,430.93 Cents more based on the difference between 8.5 Cents, Todays Share Price and the 2007 Entitlements Share Price of 11.0 Cents, however BTV would come out of the Buy Back with some degree of Honour.
(I'm NOT One of the affected Shareholders).
