With oil currently weak and the price hovering at these levels, surely one of the majors must be having a good look at AWE and probably a good chance of getting it at around $3.50 - $4.00 with such an open register and Mr Phillips leaving.

Strong cash flows on the way, with NZ still expected to come on stream mid year and potential upside with Hector 1 and West Cape 1 in second quarter this year.

Given the record of Santos in T/O, this would have to be one of their better chances of success!
