Yes,awe is undervalued,but so is arq,roc and psa and possibly a few others.
Perhaps all these oilers valuations are being based on an oil price of well under $50 which could easily happen given the weakness in poo over last few weeks.
Most energy stocks are out of favour lately and can't see sentiment changing until when or if the oil price gets up near $us60.
