    The problem is you refer to employers when you know the mangers hold the whip although I grant you some managers are the employers! Don't worry , one of my managers was an employer who was not great, but I don't think he is going to well actually!

    What I would like to see is full analysis to be fair!.

    I would like to see stats on height, weight, gender, hair colour, skin complexion, geographics, where you where born, public/private organisation employer, parents background, private/public schooling, objective tests results, extra study, associates in work environment, own paid study versus employer paid, work hours and compare that with the pay of the individuals.

    I think you will find the stats to be very revealing so the public would know what the trends where and how fair they are , but I thought Labor cut down the funding to the ABS!!
