share your pain boatboy.

I have two female staff members, whom I have allowed to start work one hour earlier. They claimed that an early start would help them to "beat the traffic".

I thought there would be something in it for me as well, because I could see the advantages of having someone in the office a bit earlier.

But, guess what happened?

Yea sure, they get in earlier and beat the traffic.

But then, they sit down and have breakfast in the office. Out comes the cereal, yoghurt, toast and coffee. Fantastic!!

classic!!!

Oh, but heh. I'm not a complete meanie, despite being a Liberal.

I cut them a bit of slack because they are young mums trying to do everything. But, they know now not to take any more "liberties".
