some of the smaller lenders cashing out

Does the recent Debt sales of some of the smaller lenders, (Relative to total debt) represent an opportunity for both CER and CNP to re-negotiate the Debt Stabilisation Agreement?

Also we dont know which Debt this is that is being sold (maturity)

New lenders may have different objectives and timeframes on returns.

Let's face it the biggest hurdle for this business, that is CER, is the gearing at 80% and the Debt Agreement with the lenders.

I would like management to work hard to renegotiate this agreement once they have their final submissions on EOI's. The partial or complete sale process is supposed to get them a "real world" valuation on the assets. Hopefully this is better than book value and changes the gearing scenario at half year courtesy of some asset write-ups.

    What do others think?
