With option 3 you end back at option 1 or 2 regardless because this project now requires some serious investment and development dollars to make happen.
Most of the GAS Board apart from Cottee is on the NVX Board and they have had a stellar run from about .25c to currently $2.63 and with EV market going ballistic now i see the GAS board turning most of their attention to the NVX and would probably take option 1 above if given the choice.
I base above comment on the fact that right now the GAS now requires serious development and time put in on the project.
It requires a lot of wells drilled now.
So partner up with Mr.Big or sell.
I just wish they would hurry up and make the call because the SP totally sucks and right now as SH we are in need of direction with GAS as it's going nowhere after such very successful wells drilled as we are aware..
It screams for development and we all know it has the goods but its time.
So Qly next week. Could be good or just a repeat of same of old, we are currently looking at options.
We wait.
So PGY is into renewables and TEG partnered in oil and renewable and has been off the market for roughly 6 -7 months.
The cap raise got smashed and in a real hurry for $8 mil for PGY and plenty wanted in I know because I am a client of Bridge St Capital and had to fight like a dead set dog to get any. So yes I think PGY is an exciting play as do some others.
PGY due to come back on around the 12 August is the latest. Looking forward to it. I think Brad Lingo and team are working on some decent projects.

Thanks for your post
I understand how your option 1 assists TEG as it monitizes TEG's shares in GAS and provides funds to develop TEG assets and a possible dividend to shareholders?
As to option 2 I guess that if a JV partner steps in and develops the gas fields then the GAS SP should increase - in theory an increase in GAS SP should also increase the TEG SP but that is not certain as currently the TEG SP is less than the value of its GAS shares
As you know I hold TEG so I'm hoping for option 1
For now more patience required
