The Market is not always the best guide as to the true value of a company. People tend to overreact especially during crisis times like the one we are in at the moment. Shares get oversold during crashes and shares get overbought during boom times. That was what I was trying to get at.
So to clarify, IMO the BIG BOYS have decided that Elk shares are worth investing in at 9 cents while the smaller investors have decided to sell their shares even though the price is only 10 cents.
