Great post bellas ... a thumbs up from me also.

There are a couple of points that I wish to make which you can adjust valuations to as you see fit.

From the discussions from the front of the O&G conference.

The contracts for the International supply of LNG to the rest of the world indicate that they are rising in price so international demand is rising at quite a rapid rate.
The existing contracts are so large that there is a question as to whether there is going to be enough gas to meet those existing contracts.
Thought is that there will not be sufficient surplus gas to supply extra to the domestic market and that it may in fact contribute to a further shortage of gas to the domestic market.
I cannot put percentages on this ... it was part of the discussion raised by one of the commentators/presentors.

So i raise this in relation to your point about the oversupply potential. Nothing concrete but it was someone who studies the industry and makes recommendations which gives it a little credability.

There was significant discussion about the potential export of LNG from the USA to the rest of the world.
The comments from some commentators was that they were of the opinion that the USA would drastically limit the export of LNG, in the national interest.

So yes there are a lot of unknowns which can be negative to the share price but I can tell you this "there was not one commentator who predicted a fall in the price chart for gas on the international market.
I am not saying it won't happen .... at present noone was calling it at the conference.

    regards

    Potter
