    The one to watch is Hydrotech International (HTI)last traded @ $0.085.

    Check it out new CEO has put $1.5M of his own cash into the company @ $0.09/$0.10 recently some very good contracts in the pipeline.

    One to watch for sure limited downside heaps of upside.
