Some people deserve to get creamed

Some people don't deserve to make big returns and they deserve to get creamed.

We just got the green light for a billion dollar NPV asset and people are still saying yeah but this and that. So let's sell at 12 cents which is a 60 million valuation.

I hope you do that with your house too...it's worth $2mil but yeah there's traffic, it's near the water...What if there's global warming, what if this, what if the tree fell down. So let's sell the house for 1/20th of it's value...So $100k and it's yours.
