T.V. game shows, contestants are told to 'make a big deal' of winning.
Radio, doubt it. For some people though, $200 may be the difference
between eating and NOT.
I'm on the pension, and after rent and identical bills,
and living expenses, to others, there is very little left for food.
Throw in a car breakdown, or dentist, they would often have to go
'foodless' to manage.
$200 would hardly cover a trip to the bottleshop for some people,
but can be a "substantial" sum to others.
Others would just be "excitable" at winning anything.
Majority of people NEVER win anything, nor even find a $1 on the ground.
