It's not putting a positive spin on anything. Simply put, people bought in expecting a JV announcement soon as it was stated by NWE's CEO that a JV will be confirmed by March. Obviously with any speccy stock like this, when news doesn't come, people will sell off- that's just how the game is played. NWE's fundementals have not changed at all. I do admit that cash is a bit low but I also think the JV will come soon to rectify this. I bought in again at 3.3 and will top up if it drops any lower.
