    I don't see a tiny bit of bad news on the ann.

    1. We have coal.
    2. We do not have coal on ALL of the 145 square kilometers... (pls correct me if I am wrong on this size) did anyone really expect otherwise?
    3. We await quality of coal, and actual surface area.
    4. Parties interested in CEO = funds.

    Looks to be an 'accumulate' to me.
