rbgould, I agree, and there's been a handful of other useful posts today from a few that have read the announcement properly or understand the market.
Let's remember that they've accepted the leases but the final details are still to be cleared up. Why would you want them to look more attractive than necessary before signing off on a final deal? (see paragraph two of lease ann) They only needed to know that they wanted them, not give a damned jorc resource on them!
Easier to accept when they were bought as a longer term project hold rather than for the people who bought the higher prices, so I can understand some headless chook mentality, and just hope it settles when they work out that these things take more than 5 minutes to mature.
Plenty stood back and just waited for the mindless selling and churning to finish before stepping in to clean up it seems. Funny that.
vwap currently 10.583, so on track to close today in that area imo.
