perhaps the owner of the licenses has to approve all CEO announcements ..until CEO owns the licenses... this would explain lack maps, and other data...ME is a higly experienced operator , who in his previous job as head of a major coal consultancy ,was retained to advise the largest players both miners and their customers, steelmakers and utilities . Everyone needs to take a cold shower and sit back and be patient...if they do the rewards IMHO will far outweigh taking a traders view only.
