We hear about the debt a lot in this forum but all the developers will need to go into debt to build their mines. It will be very difficult to get finance to build a u mine. Paladin has debt (due to start repaying 2023) but it has a mine that cost over 600 million usd to build yes pdn has debt but developers wont even be able to go into debt to build a mine in present conditions.
