Only when they can post a decent profit AND reduce their debt load would I want to see dividends. If they started paying dividends without meeting those criteria then I would be concerned about management.
For better or worse I've now accumulated 201,000 shares, thanks largely to the undervalued SP back in Mar - Apr. By my calculations I own 1 / 2600th of this company. If Capitol Health were an apple pie measuring 4ocm wide, my slice would be about 0.48mm thick. Just hoping management treat their pie with more respect than Jim did in that movie.
