    In AFR today - p56 Centro to sell Southport mall for $75m (by a cash bidder).

    Also details rumour on sale of Nerang River Plaza worth $50m.

    Not only do these show values holding up but if these are the case that's $125m out of $155m funding required to bolster May 31.....
