    Hoi

Whilst this is a very positive move for the Cotter Mill, I think BLR's best chance for initial production earlier than expected, will be with the "Pinon Ridge Mill".

They are waiting on the granting of their "Air Permit" from the CDPHE ( Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment )and a few local permits ( Montrose County )
A man called Charles Pray is handling the Air Permit application in process.

Notice in the state of Colorado, the Air Permit is handled by the state, and not the NRC.

The Air Permit can't be very far away at all . . . . it was lodged on 24/07/2009. By the way, the local version of TAC over in Montrose County, is called the "Sheep Mountin Alliance", Spelling?

They have pursued the same avenue's of making a nuisance of themselves as did TAC. However, as we witnessed with TAC, these turned out to be low hurdles for educated men, and these petty legal actions against the County Comissioners lawful right to be able to issue the permits, were given the reply they deserved . . . you're wrong.

So while Mike Haynes works on his PFS, the option of having the ore milled over at Pinon Ridge is a very strategic option for getting BLR to producer status, far sooner than we may think.
