    i cant believe they want to issue 75 million 3 cent shares with free options
    thats over 50% less than the recent high 7 days ago
    and its 22% less than what the share was tradeing at today before the placement announcement .it was 4 cents.
    3 cents + option sounds like a very desperate price to do at placement at
