theft I see how it works now. Issue shares at such a low ball price that they can easily be offloaded on market. And the suitors get the options for free which may be worth something if a miracle happens and they can mine 20cm rubbish. Too easy. Wouldn't invest in this one if it was the last company on the asx. Will never fly. Your just keeping a couple of punters employed.
