Yes, we are saying the same thing, just the release did not mention the extension, it is implied, Barnett has been involved in talks for some time and visited China at the request of Mitsubishi, he is not sitting it out waiting for events to unfold, my guess is he was approach informally for his agreement to extension, but no one will admit that.
